I dont know if there is a serial number break down, however there are some points that can help ID them, atleast on the 325's. Is there a place for a hydraulic cylinder to go on the tongue so you can open up the picker without getting off hte tractor? That's one sign of it being a late model.
It has a hydraulic cylinder for the head lift instead of a hand lever and sector. 323 has a solid hitch. I think you get the year out of the lot #, just dont know how. I like your pic cornhusker. I have a 856 and a M. (Love that red iron.)
