Putting Elevator on Picker

How do you guys put the elevators on your pickers?  I am putting the husking bed on my picker and was wondering what the easiest way would be to lift up the elevator.  I don't have the stand to put under it so I have to take it off to take the husking bed off.  If anyone knows where I could find a stand, I wouldn't mind having one.

If the one from a mounted husking bed would work, I have an extra one around here somewhere.

How does it attach to the elevator and husking bed? On the pull-type the stand attaches to the elevator and a rod hooks to a spot under the elevator to keep the stand from moving.

It attaches the same way on the mounted picker except the rod attaches to the wagon drawbar.
