Mccormick 1-PR Husking Roll Questions

Hello-
Anyone ever rebuild the rubber husking rolls on an IH 1-PR picker? Also, how about the wooden plugs with pins that go on the iron rolls to strip the husk better? How would I go about doing this? Thanks!
