Heres a video taken in Fredricksburg Iowa this last Saturday. A local club had a picking day. I wish I could have gone to this being it was local, but I had to work. I did help a friend a bit get a A-C 170 picker going on his WD tractor. He made it three laps and overheated. They also just moved in a corn crib with the internal elevator on the sight. I would love to own one of those cribs!

I really enjoyed that video, but the 530 just doesn't sound like a 'real' John Deere, (NO offense meant, my opinion only).
As dirty as that corn was picking, was that due to the hybrid variety, or are the rubber husking rolls worn out? At first it is hard to see if ANY husks are coming out from the husking bed, but when viewed from the wagon, you can see quite a bit of husks and silks being dumped out behind the rear tire.
And, out of curiosity, if they are worn, are ANY replacements available.
Again, the video could almost pass for a dealer demonstrating a new tractor and picker in 1959.
