For those of you who have done any kind of repainting of New Idea equipment lately, where have you got AGCO bittersweet orange or buff? I know many people are crossing paints with other companies. In the past I just got some off of one of the two local dealers. One recently was dropped from Agco parts and the other said he now normally doesn't keep any in stock since he sells so little.
I have a Dupont # of 35472 for Buff which I was told was close.
Some people say Kubota orange or Case Flambeau red is close. Any other good close matches you have for either buff or bittersweet?
I believe the Kubota orange would be close, but be careful when you buy it, theres Kubota Orange, like used on the older Kubota's, and then theres Kubota Bright Orange that they use on the newer models.
I guess I don't understand why you can't order from the one dealer even if he doesn't keep it in stock ? Just order a few extra gallons and you will have it on hand.
