Need ideas for building floor in wire crib

Hey guys were getting ready to put up a wire corn crib before picking time and I need some help. I've never had one and all the ones I've seen just have flat concrete. I'll be grinding ear corn for cattle feed right into my grinder mixer which has a drag auger attached that will swing over and lay all the way to the ground. I could sure use some pics or ideas of what I can do to make life easier shoveling into grinder. I thought about digging a small pit in front of the door that my drag auger will set in so I just have to rake it into instead of shovel. I know there's good ideas I just need your help to get them, because I haven't poured concrete yet so I can do whatever. The only thing Is I gotta keep it simple and affordable. Thanks in advance

No ideas? What about a drag elevator in the floor, I've never seen one work. Anybody have a picture of one and do they work good??
