mccormick deering pull type overhead bin picker

I looked at one today.  The overhead bin holds the ear corn.  It is sooo cool.  Anyone have one or seen one?  What year would you think it is?

They are interesting. A local farmer around here bought one, fixed it all up, and mounted it onto a F20. I don't think he ever used it to pick corn but it now collects dust in the local county museum. I would like to see one work. There is a video of one on Youtube. Hopefully there are no side hills where you live! Not sure how they performed on the side hill with a load of ear corn in the hopper! If you get one, hopefully you will put pictures on here for us. Good luck!

Yes it is a pull type.  It is complete opposite as the mounted.   This one picks right hand and unloads on the left.

Is it for sale?  What kind of shape is it in?  If I were you I'd snatch it up not many of them left. I know a guy that has a restored one that should work.
