I went down to Antique Harvest Days at Ottumwa this past Saturday. I had a great time visiting, picking, and getting some great pictures and video. So here are some pictures from the show. Is that JD corn dryer in the background of a couple of those pictures in operating condition? Even if it isn't, that is sure a neat piece to have on display at a show like this! Wish I could have been there!
Also, the 237 Picker in the first photo must be one of the last ones made - I have never seen one of those pickers with the 2-legged JD logo on it.
Yes, that is a late model 237. My 237 is one of the last ones made and it also has the two-legged emblem. As far as John Deere corn dryers go, I've got one in working condition if you're interested!
