I wanted to go to that sale, he had some ground near us when we lived down there, do you recall what the farmall M and IH scout went for?

Went to an auction near Rockford IL last Sat.  They has a nice MM 1200 Shellmaster.  It was complete, not rusted out or dented.  Still had the original lettering and 40ft of drags.  Went for about $1400, which I thought was high.  But two people wanted it.  Talked to the owner's son the next day and said his dad had been trying to sell it for a year for $500.  Guess they made out OK.  Didn't need another one; already have a working D and E, but not that nice.

BTW- At Paris IN, Mcgrew has a late MM sheller for $2500 on FleaBay.  Check it out.  Looks like new.  Think Spring!

Sorry, didn't hear those sold.  Bought two old gravity boxes for picking and was in a hurry to get one home (70 mi).  I think the winning bidder of the sheller may have others at home in WI.

There's a guy near me now that has half a dozen MM shellers or more scattered over a few farms with an assortment of Oliver tractors.
