Unfortunately everything is different.  Go to www.jdparts.com and look up 227 corn picker and it will show you all the parts you'll need.

It might be possible to get a set of universal mounts from a 237 and make them work, but I'm not sure of that.

Have brackets, etc. to mount a 227 picker on a 620 Deere what will it take to mount the 227 picker on a 3010 or 3020?  Thanks

If your 227 has universal mounts (they type with a remote cylinder) then it shouldn't be too hard to mount on your 3020.  However, if you have the older, dedicated mounts it will be pretty difficult.  Hope this helps.  Mike
