Are there any conversion factors to figure out how to price stored ear corn based on the price of shelled corn?

I guess it depends on the buyer but I've seen it bring within a few cents of shelled corn at auctions.  Usually with the bushel weight adjusted for the cobs but not always done right.

When I sold some we weighed the wagon and divided by 70 lbs instead of 56 for shelled corn and went with the same price as shelled corn.
