Difference between IH 2MH and 2M-HD?

What's the difference between a 2MH and a 2M-HD?  I've been looking on Ebay for a 2MH parts book, and have only seen books for the 2m-HD.

2MHD were a higher capacity 2MH. The first elevators that take the ears from the snap rolls were wider and I believe had a larger husking bed. Other than that some one else may know more. They are somewhat rare as Ive only seen pictures of them.
