Need Help! New Idea 323 Shelling Way Too Much Corn

My 323 one row picker shells way too much corn.  Some of the fingers on the rubber wheels are broke off, would this cause the shelling or contribute to it?  If so, where can I pick up these finger wheels?  Thanks for your help.

So are you getting excessive shelling on the husking bed? Was the corn really dry? Sometimes in very dry corn you have to remove the steel tabs that are hammered into the wood plugs in the steel rollers. Sometimes if the tension springs for the rollers are set tight to be aggressive on trash they'll shell, too. On top of that, some of the newer varieties of corn are bred for ease of shelling since they are intended to by harvested with a combine, so they don't make it through a picker in good shape.
