Hi there, first off for some reason I can find a website for New Idea, this is an older model (309), and I'm looking for a manual, anybody out there that can help me, I'd appreciate it...

New Idea no longer exists as a company.  Some items for pickers can still be had through an AGCO dealer.  www.agcocorp.com

You might start watching E Bay they have a lot of manuals.
