I am trying to put a 234 on a 560 with fast hitch. The 234 came off a 706. I have the 560 axle mounts on, and the front of the subframe. How long are the lift links to be for a 560 with fast hitch. With the ones off the 706, when I raise the fast hitch up, it just barely moves the back of the subframe off the floor. If someone has the dimensions, I would appreciate it. I have the setup specs for a 656, but nothing else. Thanks... Shawn

Shawn, sorry I didn't read your post sooner, the lift links on my 560 measures 19 inches. This is a starting point and can be adjusted so it will pick up the subframe within 1/8 inch of contacting your axle mounts. If I can help anymore let me know.

Thanks for replying. I measured and cut 7" off of each end of the threaded rods. This got me to about the 19" length. I need to measure it again for sure. I have to adjust the rods a little bit yet. It doesn't lift squarely. I need to shorten one side. At least I got them cut and the picker and both beds off the trailer on Sunday. Thanks again, Shawn.
Here are my serial numbers of my 234 picker and units. I am not sure of the year of manufacture, maybe some one out there can help me with that. All of the pieces are in good shape, been stored in the shed, and have not been used since 1976. The picker was mounted on a 560 but I think I would like to mount it to a 706. So now the hunt is on for the mounting pieces for a 706.

This weekend, I finally got to test run my 234 picker in the field. It ran well!! Next, corn picking weekend!!
