I'm an A-C guy from NE Iowa, a friend of mine tipped me off about this place.
My Father and I have a collection of A-C tractors and equipment that we still try to exercise every year.
As for corn harvesting our collection includes-a one row pull-type, a corn harvester, a 33, a 17, a 190, a 66 combine with two row head and a K Gleaner with a two row head.
Will have to post some pictures.
I also have some A-C parts machines. If you need a part I maybe able to help you out.
Good another allis guy. I have a wd45 with a mounted dearborn picker and a N.I. #7 .Of course everything needs rebuilt and overhauled but that hopefully will eventually happen.
Wow another AC Guy ! What Has this done ! LOL , Welcome to the web site ! As in all of us that are just not alittle bit RITE or I should speak for myself! This is a great site for fun , info, parts , pictures ,and I think alot of friendship is being built ! Welcome !!
Go Orange! We have a half a dozen D-17s around that still carry most of our work. A 7040 does the bigger jobs. Most of our implements are NI, with which we pick corn, cut/rake/bale hay, chop weeds, etc., etc., etc. Hopefully, AGCO will continue their heritage line. If not, I will have to expand the machine shop. Good to see so many AC folks still running.
