I too have had that site bookmarked for about a year. What ive always wondered is why the companies never made significant changes in picker when there was obviously problems like shelling.,stalk breakage,.The machinery compoanies did this with all their equipment. It seems like they had already planned to kill off their companies for something more urban and exciting.

The man the is putting it together is Bob Johnson or Mr. Cornpicker ! Bob has lots of storys and pictures to show and tell! He held the fisrt picking show that I went to on 11-1 at 1-11 with 11 pickers on 11 acres ! Bob has quite the collection , plus one picker that has never pick ear of corn!

Sorry, again that I'm late with this. Yes, I am putting book together on corn pickers and could use all the help I can get. Do you have any stories from the past or old photos of corn pickers to share I could also use help if you feel you are an expert on a certain brand of corn pickers (JD, IH, and NI pickers have been taken care of, I believe).
