Saved one from the salvage yard. Got it running and have ran it in the field. S#36624 TYPE WB-1-2

Hope to put the Woods to work soon.  Hauled it home from Southern Missouri after picking up the 1010 (RS) Tobacco with a new clutch.

Have a Woods Bros one row that needs a little work. Shouldn't take much to make her pick again.

I have an early one that was painted gray. Have used it almost every year to pick a little.

I bought a 16-4 Dearborn Wood Bros. corn picker. I am thinking it is a 1951 model.  The wagon is my Dearborn 21-1 running gear with Anthony flarebox and Century hand pump wagon hoist.

I have both a gray one and a red one.  The gray one is complete and does work.  I picked about half a wagon load when I first got it about 20 years ago.  I haven't picked with it since, but I did have it out this spring and ran it a little bit.

The red one has been sitting in the shed for about that long also.  It needs a gathering chain, but otherwise it is complete and I think it would work.Jan. 10, 2013 272.JPG
