Will 601 fit?


Havnt had an oppurtunity to try to hook up, or even measure, i know someone that has a 601 for sale and was curious if one of these would fit a kubota 3130?

not sure if this is standard on the 601 picker, but it has a 3pt hitch

Those pickers are mounted with brackets under the axles that attach to a sub-frame, and the top-link.  The 3-point arms are only used to lift it up for mounting, then the left arm is disconnected from the rockshaft, and the right one (with the leveling box) is connected to the mechanism for the snout lift, and you use the quadrant lever to raise and lower the snout.  Looking at a 3130, I think the rear axle housing is too narrow to properly mount brackets.  You also need to have your wheels out to 72 or 76 " tread width for stability, and I don't think the small Kubotas have that capability.
