New Idea one row pickers

I purchased 2 New Idea one row corn pickers on Friday. What are the differences between a 310 and a 323? I believe they are 310's but I could be wrong. I am also wondering if anyone knows a good website where I could research these pickers more.

Thanks.

You could go to AGCO partbooks.com and go to New Ideal, click on the model number you need. You could look at the parts breakdown of the picker in question.

AGCO parts has been the best place for me to find model differences/shared parts as well.

The most obvious difference is the 310 has belting flap ear forwarders, while the 323 has the rubber star wheel ear forwarders.

arent the ear forwarders interchangeable though? one of my pickers has the belting flap ear forwarders, while the other has rubber star ear forwarders. the one with the rubber stars looks kind of tinkered together because they are held on with hose clamps
