Recently shipped a two row from Southern MN to the Canadian Border. Worked well.
I was concerned being that the picker is 10.5'' wide and a 8'6" float. We used two fork lifts and stabalized the picker tongue with a chain to the one fork lift's mast. One forklift lifted by using its forks on either side of the tire on the header side and the other forklift, lifted by using a chain wrapped around the axel behind the wheel of the opposite side. We gently lifted and the truck trailer backed under. We did the reverse to unload. Worked very well, and would reccomend to anyone this method. The wheels hanged over, but with flags and permits we were good to go.
One has to be carefull not to lift under the picker for damage may take palce.
If you have limited storage space for storing the manufactured products then hiring the warehousing service is the best solution that you can come up with. It is very affordable and at the same time very reliable. We have also hired the Warehousing service Dallas for our online business. Happy to avail their services.
