I usually shell with the 560diesel but for some reason I had the 1456 on it for this job. The last job I shelled was 42 miles away quite a road trip with a pull-type sheller. We set up the day before and were running at 7 the next morning. By 6:00 I was packed up and headed down the road after shelling 7982 bu. That was a big day, and luckely nothing broke! I wish all my jobs were like that. The 560 I use was Dads main shelling tractor from when it was new. It has had seven PTOS put in and a half dozen tachs. It has right around 30,000 hours on it.
