I have 2 sets of side screens for New Generation Deeres and was wondering if the narrower ones fit the 2510 and the wider ones would fit both 3020 and 4020? I am posting a picture of the 2 side by side for comparison.
I think you are correct. The larger screens are adjustable to fit the 2 larger tractors. I have a set of those and modified something to make them fit my 2520. Don't lose those 2510/2520 screens - they are hard to find!

I'm not an expert on pickers, but I am puzzled. Any way you could post a photo of a 'front' view?
The 'opening' looks (in the photo) about the same on both. Also, the smaller one seems to have an offset in it, which would place the top of the screen over the hood, not beside it. Why? Wouldn't that offset bring the screen quite close to the engine air stack? I suppose the offset might allow greater 'thickness' to the upper part of the screen to maintain surface area, but I wonder if that would be really necessary on the much smaller 2510 tractor. Someone suggested the bigger one is adjustable, but I don't see any removeable panels. Maybe the bigger one is for a 4020 (6 cylinder) and the smaller one is for all 4 cylinder tractors.
But I'm gonna stick my neck out and posit that the smaller one is not a Deere. In the first photo, the screen looks like it's not painted. In the second photo, it looks like a slightly 'off' color green. Of course old paint does things, but what if the smaller one is a New Idea part made for a JD tractor? The NI picker owner wanted his screens to look good on his JD tractor, so he painted the part that showed, but not the inside.
I'm further confused by the difference in the two photos: In the first photo, the smaller one clearly has screen all the way down (you can see the shed thru it). In the second photo, there's a solid panel in the lower part.

Charlie, the wide screens are older and were what was offered initially for New Generation tractors using 227 pickers. They were harder to install because the front trim piece needed to be removed before installing them. The narrower screens are for New Generation tractors as well but for newer pickers.
