I just bought a NI mount type corn picker is was on a WD45 allis chamler. I want put it on what I think is a 400 case diesel tractor with row crop axels like an M farmall. Any suggestions on were to start?

Here are some pics from this fall. The first five are of me playing with the "red" pickers. The next three are of my son doing some serious work with the John Deere. This year we picked a little over ten thousand bushels of ear corn. We harvested the majority of the corn with the combine.
